Ana Lúcia João

Teacher in the Escola Superior de Saúde of Santarém, and Nurse in the ACES of Lezíria. PhD in Nursing Sciences from the Porto University. PhD in Psychology (New contexts in psychological intervention in education, health, and quality) from the Extremadura University, did her Master’s Degree in Social Health Psychology from the Instituto Superior Miguel Torga of Coimbra and Graduation in Nursing from the Escola Superior de Enfermagem of Angra do Heroísmo. Specialized in Nursing Rehabilitation and in several Post-Graduation courses (Supervision and Nursing Wounds and Ulcers). Author of several scientific publications and communications at national and international level and published a book on violence at work. Participated as a guest in congresses, conferences, and seminars. Research focus is the evaluation and intervention in the workplace violence, stress, burnout, well-being, nursing, health care.
