This group was reinforced with Fraunhofer researchers to significantly contribute to healthcare research and innovation, with a focus on leveraging data and technology to enhance health outcomes. The scope of activities includes several key areas:
-Data Analytics and Machine Learning: The group will specialize in advanced techniques applied to large-scale health datasets; this includes developing predictive models for disease diagnosis, treatment response, and public health trends

-Health Informatics and Digital Health Solutions: The group aims to develop and implement health informatics solutions, such as electronic health records systems, telemedicine platforms, and wearable health technologies, to improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes

-Biomedical Imaging and Analysis: Utilizing cutting-edge imaging technologies like MRI, CT scans, and medical imaging AI algorithms, the group will contribute to improving diagnostic accuracy and treatment planning in clinical settings.

-Cybersecurity and Data Privacy in Healthcare: Recognizing the importance of data security in healthcare, the group will develop and implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect patient data and ensure privacy compliance.

Main objectives for 2025-2029 include:

-Innovation in Healthcare Delivery: Develop novel technologies and methodologies to optimize healthcare delivery, improve patient outcomes, and enhance overall quality of care
