André Valério Raposo Carreiro

PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, University of Lisbon, with a thesis focused on prognostic prediction in neurodegenerative diseases.

He also holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the same institution, with research focused on the classification of clinical expression time series in patients with multiple sclerosis.

He has been a Researcher at Fraunhofer Portugal Research since 2019. Previously, he was a Researcher at the Institute for Systems and Computer Engineering, Research and Development in Lisbon (INESC-ID), from 2011 to 2015.
