Isabel Correia

I am a nurse with extensive experience in ophthalmology and diabetes care. She has coordinated nursing teams in operating rooms and ophthalmology consultations at APDP since 2016. Her academic journey includes a Master of Science in Diabetes from King’s College London. Isabel has contributed significantly to research and education in diabetes management, publishing and presenting internationally. She has also led initiatives focused on therapeutic education and low vision rehabilitation, combining clinical expertise with leadership.
