Jaime Branco

Jaime C. Branco. Full Professor and Director of NOVA Medical School (NMS UNL). Scientific Director of the exponential medicine unit and Director of Ahed by NOVA Medical School - Advanced Health Education, the first postgraduate school in Europe dedicated to all health professionals, which combines simulation and cadaver training. Principal Investigator at CEDOC/NMS, since 2007, he works in the areas of Medical and Health Sciences. He is also Director of the Rheumatology Service at CHLO, at Hospital de Egas Moniz. Throughout his professional career, he authored and co-authored several scientific publications. The projects and scientific works in which he participated and participates have already been awarded with 43 prizes, including the BIAL Prize for Clinical Medicine 2008 and the BIAL Grand Prize for Medicine in 2016.
