Biography
Teacher in primary and secondary education and researcher in Educational Psychology and Organizational Health in school settings. Holds degrees in Sport Sciences (FMH-UL, 1997) and Psychology (UÉ, 2021), and a Master’s in Pedagogical Supervision (ULusófona, 2007). PhD candidate in Educational Sciences (UÉ) and Psychology (UEx). Conducts applied research on teacher well-being, organizational health, and educational success. Author of several scientific publications and presentations.
