M. Ramiro Pastorinho

M. Ramiro Pastorinho has a PhD (Ecotoxicology- University of Aveiro, 2008) and during his academic progression he worked at several international institutions (University of Iceland; University of Stirling, UK; and Colorado School of Mines, USA). He is a European Registered Toxicologist at EUROTOX. Presently he is an Assistant Professor at the University of Évora, and a Specially Appointed Associate Professor at the University of Hokkaido, Japan. His research interests include the sources, behavior, exposure and effects of environmental contaminants in humans and biota.
