Natalie Blackburn

Natalie Blackburn is an implementation scientist who uses quantitative and qualitative methods in the evaluation and measure of implementation of health programs and policies. Her work is largely focused in the areas of stigma, substance use, HIV, and violence. She is also trained in costing and cost-effectiveness analyses and has worked to refine methods in costing the implementation of programs globally including in the United States, Vietnam, Zambia, and Tanzania.
