Rita Fernandes

Physiotherapist, Adjunct Professor at ESS/IPS since 2005, with a PhD in Biomechanics from FMH/UL in 2016 on the subject of trunk and lower limb biomechanics during gait in individuals with chronic low back pain. She is coordinator of the Master's Degree in Physiotherapy in Musculoskeletal Conditions (ESS / IPS, NMS / UNL and ENSP / UNL), where she also supervises dissertations. She is an integrated member of the CHRC, researching in the area of musculoskeletal conditions and is currently a researcher for the SPLIT and MyBack projects.
