A new protocol has been signed between Trofa Saúde Amadora and NMS/CHRC

NOVA Medical School took a new important step: Two protocols were signed between Trofa Saúde Amadora and NMS, involving the participation of CHRC in these new protocols.

The main goals are to allow the participation of Trofa Saúde Amadora in undergraduate and postgraduate education provided by NOVA Medical School and also to open up the hospital's participation in research roles in the areas of biomedicine and biotechnology, supporting the development of Masters and Doctorate projects in the NMS by Doctors of Trofa Saúde Amadora.

The CHRC is involved in the protocol signed between NOVA Medical School and Trofa Saúde Amadora, marking the cooperation between the Research Center and the Imaging Service of Trofa Saúde Amadora, with the aim of promoting the development of research projects related to the area of Human Health, as well as providing support for advanced professional training.

The official formalization of the protocols happened last 2nd March and was attended by Professor Helena Canhão (Director of FCM/NMS and CHRC coordinator), Dr. João Estêvão (Administrator of Trofa Saúde AMADORA), Prof. Doctor Márcio Navalho (Coordinator of the Protocols of Trofa Saúde AMADORA), Prof. Dr. Nuno Neuparth (President of the Pedagogical Council and Coordinator of the FCM/NMS Protocols) and Dr. Cláudia Meireles (Clinical Director of Trofa Saúde AMADORA).
