CHRC Research Grants 2022

For the third year in a row, CHRC has opened a new Research Grants that aims to financially support the projects of the Center's researchers that promise innovation, multidisciplinary and inter-institutional research and have vision for their future application in public health area.

This year, CHRC Research Grants have a total of €160,000 to support eight projects that are carried out within the scope of CHRC.

A total of 19 applications were received, of which 16 corresponded to the regulation of the CHRC Research Grants 2022. The final evaluation to select the winners will end on the 1st of November.

The jury will be composed of national and international experts: Professors and Doctors Helena Santa-Clara, specialist in Physiology and Exercise and Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Human Motricity at UL, David Dias Neto, specialist in Psychology and Assistant Professor at the University Institute of Psychological Sciences , Social, and Life (ISPA), Miguel Ricou, specialist in Bioethics and Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto and Hans-Leo Teulings, specialist in Biophysics, owner and C.E.O of NeuroScript, LLC.

The winning projects will be announced at the CHRC's upcoming 3rd Annual Summit on November 4, 2022.
