Hugo Folgado and Small sided-games study – Podcast

Hugo Folgado, assistant professor at the Department of Sport and Health of the University of Évora and CHRC integrated researcher, talks about the small sided-games study.

The study of team sports, such as football, is one of the research topics of the CHRC research group of Exercise, Sports Science and Human Development. The main goal is to comprehend the adaptation and development of the participants, through manipulating and analysing this type of training’s contexts. This in one of the topics in which this research group has contributed the most to scientific development.
