International Seminar on Technology in Sport at University of Évora organized by CHRC researchers

On the 1st of June, the International Seminar on Technology in Sport took place at the University of Évora: Data transformation course → information → knowledge. An event framed in the Education & Training Centre of CHRC and with the objective of presenting the new training proposal, the Master in Technology in Sport and Health of the Department of Sport of ESDH-UÉvora. In face-to-face and online format, it was aimed at anyone interested in applied technology, data processing, information creation and knowledge application. Renowned experts participated, providing a unique opportunity to explore the importance of technology in high-performance sports with workshops with multidisciplinary, differentiated approaches and concerned with providing applied answers to real problems. Mention should be made of the vast curriculum of guests at the international level, with emphasis on: João Brito, Physiologist of the National Football Team, champion of the European Football Championship; Bruno Travassos, Physiologist of the National Futsal Team, two-time European champion and World champion. There were 62 participants, in person, and 65 followed the meeting online, in stream.
