Nuno Batalha invited to join the Sports Science Awards Jury, organized by COP

The recognition of the merit and experience of Prof. Nuno Batalha, CHRC researcher and subdirector of ESDH from University of Évora, in the sport area, made the Olympic Committee of Portugal (COP) extended him an invitation to join the panel of judges for the Sports Science Awards 2022.

“The fact that I have received an invitation from the COP to join the Jury of the "2022 Science Awards" is a huge honor but also a great responsibility. I believe it’s also a recognition for the work I’ve been developing in the last recent years in the field of sports training. In this way, I am very grateful to the COP for its invitation, which I gladly accepted.” mentioned Prof. Nuno Batalha.

These Awards are an initiative of the COP whose main goal is focused on bringing knowledge together and for the research projects needing to improve its intervention and daily practices within the area of Sport Science.
