“THE RIGHT PLAY” project funded by the FCT’s RESTART Program
The project led by Guida Veiga, will receive funding from the RESTART Program, promoted by the portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT).
The project "THE RIGHT PLAY: a primary prevention mental health program for preschoolers", submitted by the CHRC researcher and Professor at the Department of Sports and Health at the University of Évora, was included in the “Life and Health Sciences" panel, being one of the nine projects funded out of 43 evaluated in this panel.
In this first edition of the tender, 143 applications were evaluated, resulting in 30 projects approved for funding, with a value around €50,000 being allocated to each research project. This program aims to support the pursuit and development of original and innovative ideas from researchers who have recently benefited from parental leave.
