Kitchen Lab

Located at NMS, is a dedicated hands-on teaching space where food and health converge, translating science to the table and reinforcing skills across all phases of the food circuit— from farm to plate. It also hosts nutrition research studies, education, training, and promotes community activities, fostering a deeper understanding of the relationship between nutrition and health.
