Research in Health Sciences: From Research to Analytical Report Seminar
March 12, 2024 | 14h00 | Online
The construction of evaluation instruments, as well as the result’s reporting, poses several challenges during the scientific research process, namely methodological and statistical, such as: ensuring the validity and reliability of the instrument, choosing and correctly applying appropriate statistical methods for analysis data, and accurately interpret the results obtained. These challenges are amplified by the constant need to integrate currently existing knowledge with new methodological and technological trends that arise from advances in the scientific research process in nursing, making it essential to continually update knowledge and skills in this dynamic field.
For these reasons, the Nursing School of São João de Deus from the University of Évora and the Comprehensive Health Research Center are preparing the Seminar “Research in Health Sciences: From the Research Question to the Analytical Report” that will take place on March 12, 2024 , starting at 14h00 and will be entirely online. This seminar aims to disseminate general knowledge and practical skills for the construction and validation of assessment instruments, as well as their ethical and rigorous analysis and presentation of the data obtained.
